She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Shirley (Tomoko) of Japan, Douglas Shirley (Anne) of Middletown and Robert Shirley; her caregiver Brian Shirley of East Brookfield, MA.; her sister Geraldine D'Orsi of Smithfield; her grandchildren, Alex, Grace, Cameron, Joseph and Samantha; and her great grandchild Kirk.
