It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Higgins of Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James "Red" Higgins; her parents, Pietro Cuzzone and Maria Cuzzone (Panniello); and her sister Angelina Cuzzone. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan A. Mariano (late Steven) of Johnston and Karen A. Clough (David) of Johnston; her grandchildren, James and Isabella Mariano; and her sister Theresa Quattropani.
