With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David M. Garrigan (Smithfield, Rhode Island), born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on December 28, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Garrigan and Florence Garrigan (Haberstritinger). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Woonsocket Health); his sister Barbara Garrigan Ziegler of Memphis; and his children, David Garrigan (Danielle) of Cumberland, RI and Kerrin McIlvaine (John) of Champion, PA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, in-laws, several nieces and nephews, and cousins.
