He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Barbara Contillo (Elgar) of Smithfield and Gabriel Contillo; his son Jonathan D. Contillo of Smithfield; his siblings, June Carlton of Smithfield, Michael Contillo (Cheryl) of Glocester, Barbara Phayre of Narragansett, Gabriel Contillo (Denise) of Smithfield, Anthony Contillo (Lori) of Lincoln and Thomas Contillo of Lincoln; and his wife Teresa Contillo (Bates). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
