He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale A. Placido, Jr. and Barbara M. Hoppe (Allen); and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Ann Placido (Missy); his son Anthony Joseph Placido; and his siblings, Linda A. Placido of Smithfield, Cheryl M. Placido of Waterford, CT, Barbara J. Placido (Shaun Rock) of Pomfret, CT, David J. Placido (Michelle) of Greenville, Patrick Placido (Patricia) of Danielson, CT, Carol Ann Derosier (Wayne) of Smithfield and Thomas Placido. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral service and burial will be immediate family only.
