He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Doreen Collins (Vinacco); his parents, Leo F. Sr. and Elinor Collins (Comeau); his children, Robin Collins, Jeffrey Collins and Kate Collins; his siblings, Leo F. Collins, Jr., Kenneth Collins, Terry Collins, Elinor Collins and Lynn Williams; and his grandchildren, Sean Kahler, Alexander, Zachary and Nicholas Collins.
