Whitehead of Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on March 1, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Whitehead, Jr.; her parents, Eugene M. Tetreault of Rockingham and Jane M. Tetreault (Tanner) of Smithfield; her sons, James Whitehead, III (Mackenzie) of Smithfield and Cole Whitehead of Smithfield; and her siblings, Timothy M. Tetreault (Sharon) of Rockingham, NC and Jeannie M. Ursillo (David) of Smithfield.
