He is survived by: his parents, Albert Lachapelle and Flora Lachapelle (LaCroix); his siblings, Robert, Joan and Sharon; his wife Louise (Ciccone); his children, John, James of North Smithfield, Wayne of Smithfield, Ann Simbron and Michelle Jackvony of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Amber, Thomas, Molly, Kryssa, Lindsay, Jenna, Charles, Mia, Alex, Haley, Vanessa and Johnathan; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Mariana.
