She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Owen and May Owen (Hacking) of North Providence; and her husband Martin T. Lombardi. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Lombardi of Cranston and Dr. Mark Lombardi of Saint Louis, Missouri.; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Bishop and Katherine Lombardi; and her great grandchildren, Hannah and Sophia Bishop.
In lieu of services, Betty requested that mourners make contributions to the Salvation Army in her name.
