We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2024, Anna M. Chace of Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest V. Chace; her parents, Alfred Salvatore and Assunta Salvatore (Bellino); and her siblings, Rudolf, Giuseppe (Joseph), Jerome Salvatore, Sylvia Manna and Rosalie Tamburrino.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Chace (Beth) of Cranston and Cynthia Fusco (Dana) of North Providence; and her granddaughter Emilia Chace. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to The Alzheimer's Association of RI or HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center.
