It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred T. Amaral of Smithfield, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred D. Amaral and Angelina L. Amaral (Lima). He is survived by: his wife Elaine F. Amaral (Salvatore); his children, Alfred Amaral III (Colleen) and Karen A. Sousa (Mark Joyal); his sibling Claire J. Oliveira (Roy) of Smithfield; his grandchildren, Thomas R. Amaral, Mya N Amaral and Jane K. Sousa; and his godchildren, Robert V. Salvatore, Michael H. Angell and Kristin A. Oliveira-Snyder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
