She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and Joyce Murray. She is survived by: her spouse Drake Chadwick; her children, Delaine Mariano (Joseph) and Darek Chadwick; her grandchildren, Nicholas, David, Victoria, Caitlyn and Devin; and her great grandchild Clover.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Winfield & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory (571 W Greenville Rd, Scituate, RI 02857). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
