He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Teresa F. N. Hammler. He is survived by: his wife Lenore; his children, Brittanie and Timothy; his parents, William Clarke and Susan Clarke of Dagsboro, DE; his parents-in-law, Teresa and Rich Hammler of Andover, NJ; his siblings, Susan Duggan (Jim), Dennis Clarke, William Clarke and George Clarke (Jessica); and his brother-in-law Rich Hammler (Katie). He is also survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.
During the current COVID-19 restrictions, there will be a private service in the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home on Friday, May 8, 2020 with a future celebration of Kevin's life at a date and location yet to be determined.
