He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Christine Gould (Brown); his parents, Norman L. Gould, II of Exeter and Catherine J. Gould (Cook); his children, Joseph Gould, Jamie Toth-Jamieson, Jacob Northup and Hannah Gould; his brothers, Norman Gould, III, James Gould and Scott Gould; and his grandchildren, Kadence, Declan, Tierney, Fiona, Isla and Noah.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a college fund for his six grandchildren will be appreciated .
