She is survived by: her son Jay Smalley (Millicent); her grandchildren, Tiffany Lee, Faith Ann Smalley, Zachary Frederick and Shaun Smalley; her great grandchild Marcus Smalley; her daughter-in-law Dale Smalley; and her pet Cindy Lou Smalley.
