He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Kaufman and Lorene Kaufman (Freund). He is survived by: his wife Mary Kaufman; his children, James Kaufman (Sarah Bentley Pearson) and Dyanne Kaufman; his grandchildren, Chase Kaufman, Taryn Kaufman, Coleman Hayes, Jameson Kaufman, Fallon Kaufman and Pearson Powell; his sister Anne Velis; and his friends, Maria Farias and John Karofsky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
