He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Watts Sr. and Bella Watts (Almeida); and his siblings, Doreen Watts and Michael Almeida. He is survived by: his wife Elaine B. Watts (Laberge); and his children, William J. Watts, III of Woonsocket, Glenn Watts (Monique) of Pawtucket, Holly Jarl (Robert) of Woonsocket, Robert Watts of Cumberland, Tracy (New Bedford), Laurie Vanhorn (Douglas) of Blackstone, MA and Jason Watts (Tracy) of Woonsocket. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
