Nelson Sr. of Rumford, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 18, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Nelson (Boyd). He is survived by: his father Ronald Nelson of Florida; his children, Ashley Forrest of New Hampshire, Samantha Nelson of North Providence, Scott Nelson Jr. of East Providence and Steven Nelson of East Providence; and his siblings, Thomas Nelson of Rumford and Robin Carmody of Rumford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic social distancing will have to be observed.
