It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scott M. Nelson Sr. of Rumford, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on August 18, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Barbara Nelson (Boyd). He is survived by : his father Ronald Nelson of Florida; his children, Ashley Forrest of New Hampshire, Samantha Nelson of North Providence, Scott Nelson Jr. of East Providence and Steven Nelson of East Providence; and his siblings, Thomas Nelson of Rumford and Robin Carmody of Rumford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic social distancing will have to be observed.
