With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald H. Nelson of Rumford, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on May 5, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Nelson and Jennie Nelson (Kozlowski); his son Scott M. Nelson, Sr.; and his wife Barbara M. Nelson (Boyd). He is survived by: his children, Thomas M. Nelson (Trudy) of Rumford, RI and Robin A. Carmody (Jim) of Rumford, RI. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
