She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Mims and Mary Mims (Gaines); her children, Willie, Ronald Bird and Carolyn Mims; and her grandchildren, Rodney Granville and Ronnette Harris.
She is survived by: her son Robert Bird (Pamelia); and her grandchildren, Timothy Granville, Trevor Granville, Dawnteshia Granville (Prince Brown), Sheilita Hazard, Staisha Cornish, Robert Fayerweather and Darlene High (Lee). She is also survived by 14 Great-Grandchildren.
