He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Agren and Lillian Agren (Holt); and his sibling Dale Polofsky. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Agren (Ward); his children, Erica (Geraldo Perez), Michael (Ashley Agren) and Joshua (Tracy Agren); his grandchildren, Evan, Eliana, Logan, Colin, Olivia, Henry, Griffin and Lily; and his siblings, Donald Agren of Chester, VA, Beth Agren of East Providence and Glen Agren of Broken Arrow, OK.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are greatly appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
