He was predeceased by: his parents, Jabus Frails and Roberta Frails (Johnson); and his siblings, Johnny Frails, Jabus Frails, Ruby Wiggins, Bessy Mae Walker, Mae Amado, Eugene Frails and Willie Frails.
He is survived by: his spouse Jay R. Frails (Russell); his children, Shai Pina (Jason), Brenden Chase (Karen), Brande Frails, Tyler Frails and Toni Tucker; his grandchildren, Kayla Pina, Myles Pina, Brooklyn Chase, Harrison Chase and Jeanarria Narcisse; and his brother James Harold Frails.
Contributions in his memory to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research would be deeply appreciated.
