She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent L. Murphy; her parents, Thomas Griffin and Mary Griffin (Dauphnais); and her son Gary V. Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Valerie A. Asiala (Raymond) of Warwick, Mark Murphy (Patricia) of Narragansett, Gail Murphy and Jack Medeiros of Riverside; her grandchildren, Kaleigh, Michael, Emily, Tracey and Amy; and her sister Thelma Carpenter of Utah. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
