He was predeceased by: his parents, John A., Sr. and Anna Winters (Hogan); and his sister Regina O'Hare. He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Winters (Harnden); his children, James J. Winters (Jeanine) of North Smithfield and Jennifer Winters Tester of Belmont, MA; his grandchildren, Austin, Alina Tester, Lilian Winters and Magie Echevarria; and his siblings, Mary Ann Desjarlais of Riverside, Henry Winters of Pawtucket, Michael Winters of Pawtucket and Cathy Rafferty of Bluffton, SC. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren.
