She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth M. Hazelton; her parents, Daniel Kelly and LaVona Kelly (McKenzie); and her sister Mary Uralowich. She is survived by: her children, Ann M. Horgan (Michael) of East Greenwich and James K. Hazelton (Sherry) of North Kingstown; and her sisters, Charlotte Danis, Ruby Flynn, Mona Coleman and Patricia Flynn. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Face coverings are required and social distancing will be observed. Burial will be private.
