Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Perry-McStay Funeral Home (2555 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI 02914). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude's Hospital in David's memory.
