He is survived by: his parents, John C. Nazare of Attleboro and Sam Nazare (Nuon) of Rumford; his brother Alex Nazare of Attleboro; and his grandparents, Camila Nazare of Attleboro and John Nazare of Uxbridge. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
