He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andrews and Alexina Andrews (Riopel); and his sister Barbara Ann Carter. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Andrews (Ferreira); his children, William J. Andrews, Jr. of East Providence and Christine Neves of Riverside; his grandchildren, Nichole Neves, Jessica Neves, Matthew Neves, William J. Andrews III and Devon Andrews; and his great grandchildren, Christian Douglas O'Sullivan of Riverside, Matthew John James Neves of Bellingham, MA and Ryann Douglas Neves.
