She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Carter Sr.; her parents, Joseph Barth and Elizabeth Barth (Coleman); and her brother John Moore. She is survived by: her children, Lori Oliveira of Rehoboth, MA, Kenneth W. Carter of Rehoboth, MA, William L. Carter Jr. of Seekonk, MA, James J. Carter of Rumford and Daniel P. Carter of Rumford; and her siblings, Joseph Barth Jr., Elizabeth Donnelly, Thomas Moore and Lorraine Moore. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
