He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Ferrara and Lena Ferrara (Rapoza); and his brother Matthew. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Ferrara (Ryan); his children, Joanne O'Brien (John) of Rumford, William S. Ferrara (Anna) of East Providence and Steven M. Ferrara (Paula) of Rehoboth, MA; and his siblings, Ellen Fennelly of Bristol, Julia Izbicki of Bristol, Robert and Frank Ferrara. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
