She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Garneau and Yvonne Garneau. She is survived by: her husband Victor Poitras; her daughter Lorraine Walach (David); and her great grandchildren, Paul Poitras (Lucia DaSilva-Poitras), Danny Poitras, Bernard Poitras (Elizabeth Poitras) and Mark Poitras. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
