Hannan Gomes of Newport; his niece Kaylee Shanahan of Winter Springs, FL; his son Kevin Gomes Jr. of Newport; his great-nieces, Lexis and Kendall; his great-nephew Brooks; his stepbrothers, Keith and Michael Silva of North Kingstown; his uncle William; and his aunt Sandra Hannan of Barrington. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles and cousins.
