She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth F. Costello Sr. and Mary Costello (Donley). She is survived by: her husband David T. Gagne; her sons, Todd D. Gagne (Catherine) of Riverside, Christopher M. Gagne (Holly) of Cumberland and Thomas J. Gagne (Caroline) of Riverside; her grandchildren, Kayla, Grace, Ava, Mallory and Thomas; and her siblings, Kenneth F. Costello Jr. of Rumford and Martha M. Costello of Riverside.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home (350 Willett Ave, Riverside, RI 02915). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the St. Brendan Church (60 Turner Ave, Riverside, RI 02915).
