She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony R. Matteo and Teresa Matteo (Gaynor); and her daughter Christina Ryan. She is survived by: her children, Carl Hornig of Pawtucket, Kirk Hornig of Riverside, Gautama Girard of Seekonk and Roxanne Levesque of Pawtucket; her siblings, Robert Matteo of Warwick, Elana "Lonnie" Reis of West Greenwich and Althea Blair of Key Largo, Florida.; and her grandchildren, Kendra, Jason, Tori, Angie, Larry and Jakob. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
