She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sabins and Edith Sabins (Lewers); her son Ernst F. Nerstheimer; and her sibling Jean E. Carpenter. She is survived by: her children, Erik J. Nerstheimer of Kingston, RI and Carrie D. Rodwick of Riverside; her grandchildren, Stephen, Erik, Joey and Ellie; her sisters, Carol E. Sabins of Warwick, Nancy L. Cesario of Smithfield and Norma L. Sabins of Warren; and also Ernst F. Nerstheimer Sr. of Riverside.
