He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquim J. Andrade and Maria Andrade (Lopes); and his brother Gilbert Andrade. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Andrade (Kershaw); his children, Steven J. Andrade (Tammy Pierce), Lori J. Miech (John) and Kristine J. Cinquegrana (John); his grandchildren, Greg, Matt, Amy, Corey and Jack; and his pet Grizzy. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be deeply appreciated.
