She was predeceased by: her husband Milton R. Savard; her parents, Carlo DeRosa and Mary Jane DeRosa (Burazer); and her siblings, Joyce Mancini, Jeanette DeRosa, Carlo DeRosa Jr. and Anthony DeRosa.
She is survived by: her children, Robert A. Abbruzzese Jr. (Kelly) of Chepachet, Richard A. Abbruzzese (Megan) of Lutherville, MD and Melanie A. Abbruzzese of Johnston; her sister Joanne Sylvia of Riverside; and her grandchildren, Abigail, Hayley, Samuel, Reeve and Charles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the W. Raymond Watson Funeral Home (350 Willett Ave, Riverside, RI 02915). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Brendan Church (60 Turner Ave, Riverside, RI 02915).
