He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Farland and Mary Farland (McLaughlin). He is survived by: his daughters, Sonda Pimental (Jeff) of Rumford, RI and Cheryl Farland of North Providence, RI; his grandsons, Matthew and Jeffrey Pimental, Jr.; and his siblings, John Farland of North Carolina, Fred Farland of Warwick, RI and Meg Menard of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, including great-nieces and great-nephews.
