He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Duarte and Maria Duarte (Gomes). He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann Duarte (Nason); his sons, Gabriel A. Duarte, Jr. (Leana Balasco) of West Warwick and David G. Duarte (Ebony Correia) of Tiverton; his sister Lidia Alves (Joe) of Pawtucket; his grandchildren, Darian Duarte, Bryson Duarte and Skyla Duarte; and his pets, Tasha, Buddy and Zoey.
