She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirke B. Everson and Bertha Everson (Edmonds); her husband Dr. Ernest H. McVay; and her siblings, Mary Bove and Kirke B. Everson Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Marjorie Mares of Lake Oswego, Wayne McVay (Linda) of Plymouth, MA, Kirke McVay (Theresa) of Bennington and E. Howard McVay Jr. (Francine) of Riverside, RI.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
