She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Garvin Sr.; her parents, Oliver Sampson and Christine Sampson (Van); and her son Todd A. Garvin. She is survived by: her children, James F. Garvin Jr. of East Providence and Tracy L. Garvin-Oliver of Riverside; and her sisters, Eunice Sampson of Riverside, Mary Michael (Ronald) of Barrington and Amy Shanley (Stephen) of Riverside. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
