He was predeceased by: his wife Jane E. Long (Thompson); his parents, Gerald Long and Edna Long (Pratt); and his brother Lawrence Long. He is survived by: his children, Gary W. Long (Susan) of Cape Elizabeth, ME, Jennifer G. Lavallee (Charles) of Warwick and Stephen G. Long of Barrington; and his grandchildren, Evan, Kate, Sarah and Kyle.
