Church of Riverside and Jeffrey M. Church of St. Albans, Maine.; his grandchildren, Kyle Hicks (Alisha) of Bristol, Lyndsey Urban (Matthew) of Warren, Jeffrey M. Church Jr. (Alison) of Pawtucket, Matthew S. Church of Geneva, N. Y. and Benjamin W. Church of Los Angeles, California.; his great grandchildren, Avery, Brandon Hicks and Elijah Urban; and his sister Constance Nallen of Riverside.
