He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Evangelista and Filomena Evangelista (Valenta); and his brother Americo Evangelista. He is survived by: his wife Delores J. Evangelista (Gaglia); his daughters, Lisa Dias (Alan) of East Providence and Kimberly Andsager (Kenneth) of Barrington; his grandchildren, Alex, Adam Dias, Daniel, Amanda and Luke Andsager; and his sisters, Marie Amador and Alba Cabral. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
