She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent H. Galvin; her parents, Joseph A. O'Donnell and Mary O'Donnell (Morris); her siblings, Joseph O'Donnell and Frances O'Donnell; and her friend Anne.

She is survived by: her daughters, Maryanne Carbone of Riverside, Patricia Galvin of Narraganset, Karan Teeden of Warren, Barbara Walters of Riverside, Kathleen Pringle of Riverside and Anne-Marie Galvin of Riverside. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve and a half great-grandchildren.

Contributions in Anne's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 would be deeply appreciated.
