She was predeceased by: her husband William L. Lincoln; her parents, William L. Milligan and Eva M. Milligan (Caldwell); and her brother William L. Milligan, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Susan Lincoln (Prescott Paulhus) of Lincoln, Betsy Hanson (Eric) of Tiverton and William D. Lincoln (Lorna) of Tiverton; and her siblings, Audrey Hopper and David Milligan. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
