He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Bellini and Paulina D'Agostino Bellini of Providence; his wife Josie Bellini; his daughter Victoria Bellini Fitzgerald; and his sisters, Anita Bellini McGuire and Ilia Bellini Stacy.
He is survived by: his son David V. Bellini (Kathy Callaghan) of Montpelier, VT.; his son-in-law Brian Fitzgerald; and his caregiver Vas. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews, friends.
