He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Jean Hines; and his brother Anthony Hines. He is survived by: his wife Toni Lynn Horton (Evans); his brother Kenn Hines; and his children, Jazman Evan, Ashia Horton and Frank Horton, Jr.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Historic Chapel (585 Blackstone Blvd, Providence, RI 02906).
