Theresa Joan Bender Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2024, at the age of 91, Theresa Joan Bender (Providence, Rhode Island) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Theresa Joan Bender to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband James W. Bender; her parents, Paul DelVecchio and Sarah DelVecchio (Catalano); and her sister Vera Cimino. She is survived by: her children, James Bender Jr., Pauline Marshall (Jeff), Michael Bender, David Bender (Vadalia), Sharon Sparfven (Eric) and Theresa Bender. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Romano Funeral Home (627 Union Ave, Providence, RI 02909). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the St. Mary's Church (1525 Cranston St, Cranston, RI 02920).
