She was predeceased by: her parents, Braulio Betancourt and Carmen Betancourt (Canelo); and her child Casimiro De Leon. She is survived by: her spouse Ladislao De Leon; and her children, Margarita De Leon, Isidro De Leon, Arcadia De Leon, Lorenza De Leon, Silveria De Leon, Maximo De Leon, Pedro De Leon, Arelis De Leon and Teofilo De Leon. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
